Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

Sentways is operated by Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis). In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis), and the “Service” refers to Sentways.

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account & registration

To use the Service you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid business email and verified WhatsApp number where applicable.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at legal@sentways.com of any unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscription & billing

Prices, billing periods, available payment methods and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the selected plan and payment method unless cancelled. Account billing tools allow you to manage your subscription.

Messaging and other usage may be subject to plan allowances or wallet charges. Third-party provider charges can also apply, depending on your connected services. Our Refund Policy describes the published refund offers.

Use of the service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including applicable data-protection laws, anti-spam laws, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

Sentways is a multi-tenant SaaS — you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service per your plan tier.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sentways to send spam, phishing messages, malware, illegal content, or messages without proper opt-in consent. Detailed restrictions are listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customer data & privacy

You retain your rights in the customer data you upload. Sentways processes workspace contacts, messages, attachments and configuration to provide the features you use. You are responsible for your authority to collect and use that data and for giving appropriate notices to your contacts.

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Contact legal@sentways.com to discuss data-processing terms required for your use. These Terms do not promise selectable hosting regions, a particular backup-deletion period or a security certification.

Intellectual property

Rights in the Service, its branding and documentation belong to Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis) or the respective owners and licensors of the underlying software and materials. These Terms grant permission to use the Service, not ownership of that software or branding.

You retain your rights in your content, templates, flows and customer data. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the Service. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.

Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every requirement. Any service-level commitment must be set out in an applicable agreement; this page does not establish a certified security status or a published uptime SLA.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes an applicable commitment made when you purchased.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis)'s aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your customer data.

Termination

You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop renewal. Cancellation does not by itself erase your workspace or release a resource held with a third-party provider. Paid access follows the applicable billing period.

We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use or violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Export tools depend on the data type and your access. Contact legal@sentways.com about export or deletion. Retention depends on the records concerned, applicable obligations and operational settings; no fixed post-termination export or complete backup-erasure deadline is promised here.

Governing law & disputes

Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain in force. Contact legal@sentways.com to raise a dispute. Nothing in these Terms restricts access to courts or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
