Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies Sentways uses, why, and how you can control them.
What are cookies
This policy describes cookies and related browser storage used by Sentways, operated by Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis). Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are separate browser technologies used by some interface features.
Essential cookies
sentways-session— the actual configured session cookie. It supports login and session state. The configured session lifetime is 120 minutes; activity can refresh it. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.XSRF-TOKEN— Laravel’s request-forgery protection token, used with applicable form and browser requests.sentways_cookie_consent— stores cookie preference choices for up to one year.
Blocking session or security cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Functional cookies
sentways_theme— stores the interface theme in a cookie (up to one year) and local storage.sentways_ref— records a referral code when a referral link is used, for up to 30 days.wsnap_vid_<widget-id>— visitor identifier used by the embedded chat widget when that feature is used; the application sets a one-year lifetime.
The application also stores interface preferences such as list/grid selections and temporary notifications in browser storage. Workspace selection and language preferences are handled through account/session state; this policy does not list separate workspace or language cookies that the application does not set.
Some preference and referral storage is set by the relevant feature rather than controlled by the analytics/marketing switches. You can remove it through browser settings.
Analytics cookies
No analytics or marketing tracking identifiers are configured in the settings reviewed for this deployment. Sentways supports optional analytics and marketing integrations, but software support alone does not mean a service is enabled.
If additional tracking is enabled, this policy and the applicable consent controls must reflect the technologies used.
Third-party cookies
When you open a provider checkout, connect an account or use an embedded third-party feature, the provider may receive browser/network information and apply its own storage rules. This can include a payment provider, Meta login, Google Calendar authorization or Shopify authorization when you use those integrations.
The site also loads font resources from Google Fonts. Loading an external resource sends a network request to that provider; this is not the same as saying it always sets a cookie. We do not claim that third-party processing happens only during account connection.
How to control cookies
Use the site’s cookie banner and Cookie settings control to review available analytics and marketing choices. The consent manager stores those choices and reloads the page. Essential session/security features remain necessary for account access.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Some interface preferences and referral storage are not governed by the analytics/marketing switches. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
Updates to this policy
We update this policy when the relevant technologies or practices change. The updated date identifies this revision.
