WhatsApp policy compliance
WhatsApp use is subject to the applicable WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and relevant provider terms. Provider restrictions can change; consult the current policies for your use.
For WhatsApp API messaging, free-form replies require an active customer-service window. Outside it, use an approved template. Sending a template does not itself open the window; a customer’s incoming message does.
Provider suspension or rejection may prevent delivery and is not controlled by Sentways.
Opt-in & consent
You are responsible for collecting and documenting any consent or other permission required by applicable law and the channel provider. A customer’s inquiry or appointment does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing.
Explain the business identity, message purpose and how recipients can stop messages. Respect opt-out requests. We may request evidence of permission and restrict use where it is missing or abuse is suspected.
Enforcement
Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis) may investigate reports and restrict or terminate access where needed to address abuse, legal requirements or breaches of this policy. We may request information, issue a warning, suspend access or take further action appropriate to the circumstances.
This policy does not promise a fixed investigation or remediation timetable. Refunds remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Report a violation
Report suspected abuse to legal@sentways.com. Include a description, the relevant workspace or sender identifier and supporting information where appropriate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Service operator: Sentways (Paweł Adamajtis).
Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as new categories of abuse emerge. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
